Think what can you say about Laoag Renzo Hotel..
"I
can’t contain my appreciation, so I decided to email you. I should admit that my stay in your hotel was an extra-ordinary experience.
Your employees are very courteous. I would call in
the middle of the night to request for assistance, and they would come with evident sincerity and concern. Your front
desk staffs take calls and answer queries professionally. Over all, they exude adequate familiarity with their tasks.
I think you have a very well chosen team.
The room amenities are also fantastic.
In some hotels I have been to, I was made to feel that the hotel is cutting cost at my expense. I did not at all feel
this in Renzo Hotel. The provision of rubber sandals, toothbrush, sofa, a branded disinfectant soap (Safeguard), alarm
clock, welcome fruit, complimentary water, etc. made me feel special and pampered. The rooms have a contemporary but
elegant taste.
I find no reason why I should transfer to another hotel. I wish to bring my family the next time I come.
I finally found a second home in Laoag. Thank you and more power!"
